On October 8th, at 7pm, The Santa Monica Bay Woman’s Club will host its tenth complimentary Health Lecture, which is part of our monthly series.
Our October Lecture is titled Mindfulness Meditation and will be presented by Christiane Wolf, MD, PhD. Dr. Wolf is the Director of MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) Programs at InsightLA, and she will discuss the topic of how mindfulness meditation can improve both physical and emotional health.
