An Afternoon with Alley Mills & Orson Bean! Sneak Preview Performance – Sunday, December 17

Be among the first to see this new show by the acclaimed duo before they take the show on the road in January 2018!  We will have a special preview at the Club on Sunday, December 17 at 2pm. Orson Bean describes the show as follows:

“Last season I wrote and appeared in a one man show at the Pacific Resident Theater in Venice. It ran for nine months and won the L.A. Drama Critics Award for best solo show. This is a companion piece which I think is better. It’s about how two

people who should not have been able to have a successful marriage have lasted twenty-five years together….and it keeps getting better.”

Alley Mills has been on the soap opera The Bold and the Beautiful for the past ten years and is best known as the mom on The Wonder Years.

Orson Bean is best known for his role in the movie Being John Malkovich. His television work includes 200 appearances on The Tonight Show, seven years on To Tell the Truth (for the old timers), seven years on Dr. Quinn Medicine Woman, the last three seasons of Desperate Housewives, guest appearances on Two and a Half Men, How I Met Your Mother, Modern Family and more. He recently filmed Equalizer 2 with Denzel Washington (for release September 2018).

Tickets are $25 and can be purchased online here – and are tax-deductible.  All proceeds will benefit the UCLA Women’s Reproductive Health Research Program – Next Generation Doctors.

Orson Bean’s solo show is available on YouTube here.  It is fantastic!  We are certainly in for a treat with this new show.
