Health Lecture January 14th – Advance Directives: A Valuable and Powerful Tool

On January 14th, at 7pm, The Santa Monica Bay Woman’s Club will host its 13th complimentary Health Lecture, which is part of our monthly series.

An advance health care directive, also known as a living will, is a legal document, which ensures that a person’s decisions regarding his or her own medical care are respected in the event of incapacity.  Laurel Lewis, BSN, RN, MA, is a hospice nurse and end-of-life specialist. She will discuss how this tool can empower you to make choices about your future health care, so that your doctors and your loved ones will know exactly what you do and do not want.

Please join us on Wednesday, January 14th, 7:00 to 8:30 pm at the Club.  Please RSVP by calling the Club at 310-395-1308 or by emailing Tery at email hidden; JavaScript is required
